The two-part bill is the first comparison
Alloy Weight Care is advertised at $99 per month plus medication. The current compounded semaglutide card starts at $70 per month, with the care fee explicitly additional. Tirzepatide and liraglutide have different starting cards, and the branded menu follows a separate price structure. [1]
The site also offers new customers $50 off the first month of care, excluding medicine. I would compare the normal continuing arrangement before judging that promotion. The actual prescription, supply and later charges need to be clear; a starting drug price is not the complete programme bill.
Record care and drug charges separately in the cost planner.
Choose a product before choosing an advertised outcome
The public menu includes Zepbound, Wegovy injection and pill, Foundayo, and several named compounds. Their route, evidence and purchase terms should not be merged into a single generic GLP-1 offer. The menu’s outcome percentages are not a controlled comparison of Alloy with another service. [1]
Alloy itself says compounded drugs are not reviewed by FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. Its branded trial language should not become a promised result from an individual compounded preparation or from subscribing to care. I would keep the actual proposed product at the centre of the decision. [1]
Keep the studied preparations distinct with our oral-versus-injectable evidence review.
The midlife care model is the feature to examine
Alloy describes ongoing physician access, direct messaging, monitoring, treatment adjustments and nutrition and exercise guidance focused on midlife. The support article confirms that medication is separate from the $99 subscription. That makes the continuing clinical relationship the part I would assess closely. [1] [2]
I would establish who handles follow-up, how questions are reviewed and what happens if the treatment needs to change. The terms distinguish Alloy’s platform from independent practitioners providing medical care. A menopause-focused service description is useful context, but it does not establish that every reader needs a particular medicine. [7]

Location and payment need to be settled before approval
Alloy’s availability article distinguishes Wegovy and Zepbound from compounded GLP-1s, with more exclusions for compounds. The weight page specifically excludes compounds in Alabama, Arkansas, California, Nevada, Louisiana, Mississippi and Washington, DC. Do not treat access to the site as approval for a selected preparation. [1] [4]
The weight-specific insurance article says consultations, medication and the subscription are self-pay. Another support article says weight-care prescriptions are auto-charged once prescribed after consultation, unlike its separately described HRT approval step. I would know the selected charge before the clinical decision triggers payment. [5] [6]

Cancel the care and understand the refill pathway
For Wegovy and Zepbound, Alloy’s weight-care cancellation article describes two steps: stop the Alloy membership and separately stop further product refills through Eli Lilly or NovoCare. Its other instructions concern liraglutide and anti-nausea products; I would not assume those cover every newer menu option. [3]
The October 19 terms require seven days’ notice for membership cancellation and five business days before the next product shipment processes to cancel or pause it. They make membership and consultation charges nonrefundable and exclude manufacturer-direct medicines from Alloy refunds. Confirm each deadline and the party responsible for the selected prescription. [7]

My shortlist depends on a clear continuing agreement
Alloy is worth comparing when the reader wants midlife-focused clinical contact and understands that medicine is a separate purchase. I would get the complete recurring bill, prescription details and follow-up arrangement before choosing it over a different model.
Then compare another provider over the same supplied period and care scope. Keep any manufacturer refill account visible in that comparison. A supportive service proposition becomes more useful when the reader also understands how treatment starts, renews and stops.

Understanding the cost
Weight Care is $99/month plus medication. Current drug starting cards include compounded semaglutide $70, tirzepatide $100 and liraglutide $115 per month; branded products have different starting prices. A $50 first-month care promotion is for new customers and excludes medication. Confirm the selected drug, supplied amount, ongoing charge and eligibility; no complete treatment bill is established by a starting card. Weight prescriptions are described as auto-charged once prescribed. Membership cancellation and medication refills may need separate action. [1] [2] [3] [6]
