A monthly headline accompanies a longer obligation
The current selector distinguishes $199 monthly GLP-1 and $249 monthly GLP-1/GIP pathways. The injection FAQ says the full twelve-week course arrives in one shipment while billing is monthly. The refund policy also specifies an initial three-month minimum. I would ask for the complete amount owed, payment dates and next renewal rather than assume one monthly payment ends the commitment. [1] [2]
The separately described Ellie Payment Plan divides the cart total into three payments and adds a flat 6% fee. Cancelling the subscription does not cancel the remaining instalments. Klarna and PayPal are also advertised, but these are separate financing arrangements; their exact approved terms were not established here. A monthly payment schedule is not evidence that unused medication is refundable. [4]
Record the actual next charge and notice deadline with the renewal calendar.
The selected prescription needs a clearer identity than a pathway label
The FAQ describes compounding with methylcobalamin, a form of vitamin B12, while the wider page presents other additions. That does not establish every ingredient or amount in an individual prescription. Confirm the active drug, chemical form, strength, concentration, supplied quantity and actual pharmacy. A class label such as GLP-1 does not by itself identify the preparation a patient will receive. [1] [3]
One FAQ answer calls GLP-1 + B12 FDA-approved. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved, and adding B12 does not establish brand-equivalent evidence. I would distinguish the seller’s wording from the status of the finished preparation and ask why compounding is appropriate for the individual clinical need. A facility or compliance claim does not independently verify the assigned pharmacy, licence or batch. [1] [6]
Keep approved-product trial findings distinct from a compounded blend in the medication-comparison evidence.
Follow-up should cover the supply already at home
The offer lists medical assessment, provider messaging, supplies and reassessment after twelve weeks. Its package language also mentions nausea medication and labs. Confirm which tests and prescriptions are actually indicated and included; this is not proof of unrestricted panels, automatic anti-nausea prescribing or immediate clinician replies. Community sessions and a progress journal are different from private dietitian appointments. [1]
The FAQ says the injectable medicine must be refrigerated. Request the actual label, container count and after-opening instructions for the supplied preparation. A twelve-week shipment does not establish that one opened vial remains usable for twelve weeks. FDA advises against using injectable GLP-1 medicine arriving warm or insufficiently refrigerated; contact the dispenser rather than rely on a generic reassurance. [1] [7]

Stopping a renewal and reversing a charge use different rules
The policy requires cancellation at least 48 hours before renewal; a late request may apply to the following cycle while the new period remains payable. After a paid order, cancellation before transmission to a provider or pharmacy can carry a $99 deduction. Once pharmacy processing has occurred, the full prescription cost is generally nonrefundable, even if treatment later stops. [2] [3]
Medical ineligibility has a separate product-payment refund provision, with an applicable assessment fee subject to its own treatment. Featured patient stories may involve compensated brand partners, so I would not use them to forecast results. My decision would depend on an appropriate prescription, reliable clinical follow-up and a full financial commitment that remains understandable if the treatment changes. [1] [2] [5]

Understanding the cost
Public headlines: GLP-1 $199/month and GLP-1/GIP $249/month. FAQ describes a twelve-week shipment billed monthly; policy specifies an initial three-month minimum. Obtain the actual total and schedule. Ellie Payment Plan separately adds a flat 6% to the cart total for three instalments; do not assume its terms apply to Klarna or PayPal. [1] [2] [4]
