The bill is easier to compare when the period is explicit
HealthiCare lists personalized semaglutide at $126 billed monthly or $321.30 every three months, equivalent to $107.10 a month. Tirzepatide is $144 monthly or $367.20 every three months, equivalent to $122.40. Those published plan prices exclude California. The lower equivalent is not the amount collected monthly. [1] [2]
The itemization is useful: it separates medication, consultation, preparation, shipping, platform and service charges within the stated programme amount. No separate membership fee is advertised. I would compare those published terms with another provider’s equivalent purchase rather than compare only the medicine line.

The branded pill has a different pricing rule
The dedicated Wegovy pill page lists $268.68 per month for its first two dose tiers and $448.79 for maintenance tiers. That is different from the personalized injectable plans’ advertised flat pricing across prescribed doses. Do not carry one offer’s pricing rule into another product. [3]
The pill’s dedicated breakdown also identifies the medication separately from the total plan. Use that product-specific quote instead of assuming the lowest number on the general menu applies throughout treatment. A brand name, formulation and paid period should stay together in a cost comparison.

Keep the compounded and branded purchases distinct
HealthiCare identifies its personalized semaglutide and tirzepatide as compounded preparations, distinct from approved branded products. FDA explains that compounded drugs are not FDA approved or reviewed before marketing for safety, effectiveness and quality, and recommends them only when an approved drug cannot meet a patient’s need. [1] [2] [7]
A branded trial outcome should not become a promised result from a particular compounded preparation or from joining HealthiCare. The programme can be compared on its care and financial arrangements without claiming clinical equivalence between the menu options.

The platform and the clinical provider have different roles
HealthiCare’s terms describe access to clinicians through Beluga Health or similar affiliated entities; the platform itself does not provide the medical services. Completing intake does not guarantee a prescription. The terms also make some services dependent on location and acknowledge separately charged care outside the included arrangement. [4]
I would confirm the actual clinician, pharmacy and state availability for the selected product. A California price exclusion is not a complete dispensing map, and a broad national statement cannot settle every preparation’s availability. Those details matter before transferring an existing care plan.

Cancel-anytime does not answer every refund question
The opened semaglutide cancellation answer says the subscription can be paused or canceled without cancellation fees. The separate refund policy says prescription products cannot be returned or exchanged. These describe different points in the purchase; they do not establish that every paid order will be refunded when future billing stops. [1] [5]
Delivery claims also differ. Product pages promote a start within three days, while the shipping policy lists two to three business days of processing plus four to twelve business days of shipping and charges shown for the selected order. Confirm the applicable dispatch, delivery and cancellation terms before paying. [6]

My comparison would start with the actual plan
HealthiCare earns consideration for showing the programme bill and recurring period before enrollment. That is a practical advantage when care and medication lines are otherwise difficult to separate. It does not remove the independent clinical decision or make every product a fixed-price equivalent.
Choose a product-specific quote, confirm location and fulfillment, then put a second service beside it over the same paid term. If the timing or cancellation answer is still unresolved, settle it before starting the purchase. The visible itemization is most useful when the rest of the agreement is equally clear.
