Review Novi’s compounded GLP-1 offer: $297 or $417 quarterly billing, separate monthly prices, cancellation conditions, pharmacy responsibility and clinical limits.

Independent-prescriber access to compounded GLP-1 care

# Novi review

Novi is worth comparing only after the clinician establishes an appropriate compounded-treatment need and the selected payment terms are clear. The public footer explains the $99 and $139 headlines, but the subscription agreement adds commitment and cancellation conditions that do not read like unrestricted month-to-month care. I would settle that mismatch before enrolling.

## A fit for

Someone who can verify the clinical team, dispensing pharmacy and written terms for the selected offer.

- The footer states both quarterly charges and separate monthly prices.

- The consult, prescription process and shipping are advertised together.

- Novi distinguishes its administrative role from independent clinical and pharmacy services.

## Tradeoffs to understand

A buyer choosing a compounded prescription from a discount timer or assuming the lowest equivalent is a monthly debit.

- Older subscription terms add a minimum commitment and advance cancellation rule.

- The compounded products have not received FDA premarket approval.

- The actual pharmacy and selected clinical arrangement need confirmation.

- A low price and testimonials do not establish comparable clinical outcomes.

## Separate the platform from the medical decision

Novi provides technology and administrative support. Its disclosure says independent US-licensed clinicians decide whether to prescribe, while independent pharmacies or outsourcing facilities prepare and dispense compounded medicines. Completing the intake does not guarantee treatment or establish the clinical relationship on its own. [\[1\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/novi/#reference-1) [\[2\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/novi/#reference-2)

That model can be convenient, but the clinician and pharmacy remain important parts of the purchase. The footer says dispensing facilities are identified in order-confirmation emails. I would establish the actual care and pharmacy arrangement before treating the platform name as enough information about the medicine.

## The lowest rate is billed in a larger block

The current semaglutide promotion is $99 per month as a three-month equivalent, billed $297 every three months. The separate month-to-month figure is $129. Tirzepatide is $139 per month on a three-month plan billed $417, or $169 month-to-month. The advertised same-price-at-every-dose statement does not make these payment schedules interchangeable. [\[1\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/novi/#reference-1)

The site says the consult, prescription process and shipping are included, with promotion changes possible. Check the actual selected quote and any taxes or additional charges. The branded product cards are separate listings; their bare starting figures do not establish the same complete supply or care package as the compounded plans. Keep the charge today and the continuing bill distinct in [the full treatment-cost planner](https://glp1nerds.com/tools/cost-planner/).

## Reconcile the cancellation promise with the agreement

The homepage says no monthly membership and cancel anytime. The July 2025 terms describe certain subscription products with a minimum three-month commitment and upfront collection of the first three months. They also state default renewal every thirty days and cancellation fifteen days before the next processing date after that commitment. [\[1\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/novi/#reference-1) [\[2\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/novi/#reference-2)

Those clauses do not settle how today’s quarterly promotion and advertised month-to-month option operate together. I would require the selected offer’s actual renewal interval, amount and cancellation deadline in writing. Being able to send a cancellation request at any time is different from owing no remaining commitment.

Compare a different membership and renewal arrangement in [our Noom Med review](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/noom-med/).

## A nonprescribing refund is different from a return

The subscription terms promise an initial-payment refund if prescribing the ordered treatment is medically inappropriate. They otherwise describe the committed subscription fees as nonrefundable. The short refund page says products cannot be returned and invites buyers to raise problems with support. [\[2\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/novi/#reference-2) [\[3\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/novi/#reference-3)

The terms also address refunds when the company cancels an incorrectly priced order. These are specific conditions, not a universal satisfaction guarantee. Confirm which rules apply to the chosen plan and when a payment becomes committed before using a low introductory figure to try the service.

## Keep compounded products distinct from branded evidence

Novi identifies the semaglutide and tirzepatide offers as compounded products, not FDA-approved medicines. FDA recommends compounded drugs only when an approved drug cannot meet the patient’s medical need; they do not undergo the same premarket review. [\[4\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/novi/#reference-4) [\[5\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/novi/#reference-5)

The site’s branded names and weight-loss advertising do not establish equivalent results from a selected compounded preparation or from this platform. Suitability and monitoring belong with the clinician. The important comparison includes the actual formulation and pharmacy, not just a familiar ingredient name or a testimonial.

Keep an outcome beyond total weight attached to [GLP-1 lean-mass evidence](https://glp1nerds.com/research/lean-mass-glp1/).

## Choose on the continuing care arrangement

Services are limited to adults in US states where available; the terms do not establish nationwide eligibility for every reader. The homepage’s rapid prescription and delivery timeline is an estimate rather than proof that a particular assessment, prescription and shipment will finish that quickly. [\[1\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/novi/#reference-1) [\[2\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/novi/#reference-2)

I would compare Novi after the compounded-treatment rationale, clinical contact, pharmacy and selected commitment are clear. LifeMD is a separate clinical-access option to assess if branded-drug support is the priority; its actual medicines and fees need their own comparison. Decide which care model fits before deciding which introductory price looks smaller.

## Understanding the cost

Current promotional disclosure: semaglutide $99/month equivalent billed $297 every three months, or $129 month-to-month; tirzepatide $139/month equivalent billed $417 every three months, or $169 month-to-month. The older terms describe a minimum three-month subscription commitment, upfront collection, default 30-day renewal and a 15-day cancellation deadline after the commitment. Reconcile the selected offer and terms before payment. Consult/prescription process/shipping are advertised as included; taxes or other actual purchase charges must be checked. Branded cards are separate and do not establish a complete supply price. [\[1\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/novi/#reference-1) [\[2\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/novi/#reference-2)
