Start with the route you actually need
NowPatient combines a US drug-savings comparison with private telehealth and pharmacy services. Those services can appear beside each other on the same medication page, but a discount for an existing prescription is different from buying a consultation and a dispensed medicine. I would use the comparison to narrow a savings question before treating the platform as a complete clinical service. [1] [2]
For Mounjaro, the page presents a commercial-insurance coupon, telehealth ordering, manufacturer-direct information, a Canadian pharmacy offer and an Rx Advantage Card example. The choice is not simply the smallest number: each card describes a different eligibility group, quantity or supply route. [2]

The coupon minimum is conditional
The Mounjaro savings page labels its coupon for people with commercial or employer insurance, excludes Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE and VA plans, and notes annual limits. Its $25 headline is therefore not an uninsured cash price or a promise of coverage for every use of the medicine. [2]
The Rx Advantage Card example also has a stated quantity, pharmacy, ZIP code and update date. A comparison based on another location or pack cannot establish your current counter price. Keep the actual prescription and pharmacy quote attached to the savings route rather than assuming that every offer on the page can be combined.

The treatment card has a larger checkout figure
The separate Mounjaro treatment page defaults to one specified KwikPen pack at $251.98, plus $75 in shipping and import charges, for a displayed total of $326.98 if approved. Other strengths have different prices. That is a current selected-pack quote, not a verified recurring monthly total for every patient. [3]
The price table also marks zero delivery as conditional on Core+, while the purchase summary shows the separate shipping/import charge. The free-consultation message does not remove the medicine or fulfillment bill. Resolve the selected plan, pack and continuing charge before making a clinic-to-clinic comparison.
Separate the medicine, fulfillment and clinical charges in the complete treatment-cost planner.
International delivery is a separate decision
NowPatient advertises worldwide delivery and describes international pharmacy routes; its treatment page discusses a UK product context. These statements do not establish the exact US prescribing, dispensing or import arrangement for a particular patient. I would not treat a worldwide shipping promise as confirmation of a domestic US service. [2] [3] [4]
FDA says personal importation of medicines is generally restricted and recommends legal US sources; limited discretionary situations do not establish a general purchasing right. This review does not determine the admissibility of a specific shipment. A comparable active ingredient is not enough to settle the product and supply-route question. [6]
Keep formulation and studied product attached to oral versus injectable GLP-1 evidence.
Delivery timing and returns need the selected order terms
The delivery page aims to dispatch eligible completed orders before its working-day cutoff, with arrival depending on the selected method. The treatment page gives a seven-to-ten-working-day estimate. Neither establishes an assured arrival date after a first consultation or freedom from customs and fulfillment delays. [3] [4]
The general returns page is dated January 2025 and framed around European cancellation rules and a UK return address. It is not clear evidence of an unconditional US prescription refund. Confirm the rules for the actual medicine and route before payment, rather than carrying a general cooling-off statement into a prescription order. [5]

Compare clinical care separately from a savings search
The platform terms describe video consultations and separate general health information from professional care. A medication comparison, app tool or pharmacy shipment does not by itself establish the ongoing clinical relationship needed for treatment. The current complete US care arrangement remains a point to verify. [7]
I would keep NowPatient on a savings-research shortlist, then compare a clearly identified US care service if prescribing is the missing piece. LifeMD is a separate option to evaluate for that role; its current eligibility, medicine scope and charges need their own comparison. A savings result should support the care decision rather than substitute for it.

Understanding the cost
No single complete recurring price. Free Core platform access is separate from medication, optional upgrades and delivery. The default Mounjaro treatment quote shows $251.98 medicine plus $75 shipping/import charges, totaling $326.98 if approved; selected pack and continuing supply change the bill. The $25 coupon headline requires separate eligibility. US domestic prescribing and the international ordering route must not be assumed interchangeable. [1] [2] [3]
