Compounded GLP-1 telehealth with introductory and prepaid plans

# Peak Wellness review

Peak is worth comparing for its stated care pathway and medication-inclusive pricing. I would assess regular rates and the actual prepaid total before the “two months free” promotion. The public terms require advance cancellation and exclude ordinary partial-period refunds; neither the advertised timeline nor a branded-trial percentage predicts an outcome from its compounds.

## A fit for

Someone who can confirm the medical rationale, selected product, prescriber and actual renewal date.

- The site names its provider group and main pharmacy relationship.

- The process explains card authorization and approval before collection.

- Selected tirzepatide plans show actual multi-month totals.

## Tradeoffs to understand

A buyer choosing a compound solely because a longer-term promotion looks cheaper.

- Some advertised equivalents need a complete selected quote.

- Renewal can process early and cancellation has a deadline.

- Compounded preparations do not inherit approved-drug trial results.

## Understand the service before the promotion

Peak Wellness facilitates access to an independent medical group and compounding pharmacies. Its current home offers semaglutide and tirzepatide injections with medicine, supplies, provider oversight and expedited shipping described within plan pricing. [\[1\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/peak-wellness/#reference-1) [\[3\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/peak-wellness/#reference-3)

The terms say Peak does not practice medicine or pharmacy. The process page identifies DrTelX and says most orders go to Emerald, while the homepage lists other possible pharmacies. Confirm the actual clinician and dispenser rather than treat the network description as a completed assignment. ## Compare the regular rate and the complete term

Semaglutide’s monthly option lists $179 initially and $249 thereafter. Its three- and six-month tiers advertise $199 and $165 monthly equivalents billed by term. Obtain the actual selected debit; the page does not show a complete semaglutide total beside those equivalents. [\[1\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/peak-wellness/#reference-1)

The selected tirzepatide view shows $279 initially, then $349 monthly, with $837 for three months and $1,397 for six. Its $232 six-month equivalent is rounded. Keep the displayed total instead of calculating a different debit from that headline, and confirm the plan attached to the promotion. Record the regular and prepaid commitments in [the full GLP-1 cost planner](https://glp1nerds.com/tools/cost-planner/).

## Approval, fulfillment and delivery are separate steps

The detailed process says a card hold precedes clinical review, with collection after approval. A denial releases the authorization, described as falling off within five to seven days. This does not promise that an approved prescription can later be refunded. [\[3\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/peak-wellness/#reference-3)

The page describes same-day review for many weekday submissions, pharmacy preparation and next-day air after filling; it also estimates about a week overall. These are service targets, not guaranteed review or arrival times. Establish the clinical contact for concerns rather than equate fast shipping with continuing medical care. [\[3\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/peak-wellness/#reference-3) [\[7\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/peak-wellness/#reference-7)

## Keep the evidence attached to the finished product

The homepage displays weight-loss percentages, appetite timelines and a calculator beside compounded medicines. Those displays do not establish controlled outcomes for Peak’s finished preparations, or predict an individual response. The footer acknowledges the compounds are not FDA-approved. [\[1\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/peak-wellness/#reference-1)

FDA recommends compounded GLP-1 drugs only when an approved drug cannot meet a patient’s medical needs, and identifies dosing and quality concerns. Ask the clinician to explain the medical rationale and exact preparation, rather than choose compounding from a discount or a brand-trial number. [\[9\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/peak-wellness/#reference-9)

Keep preparation differences in view with [oral versus injectable preparations](https://glp1nerds.com/research/oral-vs-injectable-glp1/).

Separate the measured outcome with [lean mass during GLP-1 treatment](https://glp1nerds.com/research/lean-mass-glp1/).

## Cancel before the processing date, not the parcel

The terms provide for automatic renewal, possible early first renewal and later processing up to three days early. Cancellation must occur at least three days before the applicable processing date; it ends future renewal after the current period. A pause can resume automatically. [\[4\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/peak-wellness/#reference-4)

The same terms exclude ordinary partial-period refunds. The short returns policy says prescription sales are final and directs filling errors to support. “Cancel anytime” therefore does not mean an unused prepaid balance is recoverable or that waiting until a shipment notice is safe. Confirm the actual upcoming processing date. [\[4\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/peak-wellness/#reference-4) [\[5\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/peak-wellness/#reference-5)

For another paid-term and cancellation comparison, see [our Raeliva review](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/raeliva/).

## Decide what continuing contact is worth

Peak describes a check-in seven days before the next shipment, medical review and charge reminders. The support page gives a four-hour response target during stated business hours, not an emergency-care commitment or a guaranteed immediate clinician reply. [\[3\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/peak-wellness/#reference-3) [\[7\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/peak-wellness/#reference-7)

I would compare Peak once the selected plan, appropriate preparation and route for follow-up are clear. Its separate NAD+ offer does not need to be part of a GLP-1 purchase or establish treatment for fatigue associated with weight care. Evaluate any additional prescription on its own clinical purpose. ## Understanding the cost

Semaglutide monthly option $179 first month, then $249; three/six-month tiers advertise $199/$165 monthly equivalents billed by term, with actual selected totals to confirm. Tirzepatide $279 first month, then $349; three months $837 and six months $1,397 in the selected pricing view. Advertised equivalents are rounded, not installments. Confirm product, total, supplied term and early renewal date. [\[1\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/peak-wellness/#reference-1) [\[4\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/peak-wellness/#reference-4)
