Prescription GLP-1 and tirzepatide access

# PeterMD review

PeterMD is worth comparing for an online prescribing pathway with stated package totals. Read the $447 and $834 GLP-1 + B12 purchases separately from the tirzepatide introduction; the monthly labels do not settle the actual supply and renewal calendar.

## A fit for

Readers who can obtain a prescription-specific order summary connecting the program total, supplied amount and future charge.

- The GLP-1 + B12 page states two package totals.

- Virtual physician consultation and included medication are described.

- A published policy identifies the auto-renewal cancellation deadline.

## Tradeoffs to understand

Buyers expecting a $139 headline to be a one-month purchase or a $149 introductory payment to establish the continuing tirzepatide bill.

- Level 2 monthly wording and estimated supply need reconciliation.

- The introductory tirzepatide payment does not describe its full duration.

- A class label and B12 addition do not establish the complete prescription.

## Start with the package total and keep the supply estimate beside it

Level 1 on PeterMD’s GLP-1 + B12 page shows $447 total, a $149 monthly label and an estimated ten-to-twelve-week supply. Level 2 shows $834 total, $139 per month and an estimated eight-to-twelve-week supply. The second set of figures does not explain one consistent payment period. Obtain the selected order’s actual supply and charging schedule. [\[1\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/peter-md/#reference-1)

The page describes the first level for new users and the second for current or returning users. That is an access distinction, not a reason for a reader to choose a medicine or strength independently. Compare the total committed and what the clinician will prescribe before treating the smaller monthly label as better value.

## The tirzepatide introduction is a separate offer

The linked tirzepatide page advertises a $149 starting payment, followed by $249 per month billed quarterly, alongside a 60 mg label. It does not turn the introductory amount into a clear supply period or complete first-and-next invoice. The quarterly condition belongs next to the continuing monthly figure. [\[2\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/peter-md/#reference-2)

Confirm the actual preparation, supplied quantity, first program term and date of the next charge. The GLP-1 + B12 page uses a drug-class title, so it does not by itself identify the precise ingredient and concentration in every prescription. Do not equate its package with this separate tirzepatide listing or assume either price buys a branded product.

Compare a different monthly-versus-prepaid arrangement in [our Ivologist payment-options review](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/ivologist/).

## Included access needs a usable clinical contact

The GLP-1 page describes remote physician consultation and medication delivery; its expanded fee answer calls the price all-inclusive. Match that statement to the selected prescription and full order, including the responsible clinician, pharmacy and follow-up contact. A sitewide support promise does not establish an appointment schedule or laboratory entitlement. [\[1\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/peter-md/#reference-1)

B12 in a compounded preparation does not demonstrate less nausea, better muscle retention or greater weight loss. FDA does not approve compounded medicines before marketing. Keep the evidence attached to the actual formulation and clinical task; a branded drug’s trial result cannot validate every combination sold through an online program. [\[4\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/peter-md/#reference-4)

Keep the trial product and population explicit with [the semaglutide-versus-tirzepatide research](https://glp1nerds.com/research/semaglutide-vs-tirzepatide/).

## The cancellation deadline applies before processing

PeterMD’s policy requires an emailed auto-renewal cancellation at least forty-eight hours before the processing date for selected recurring products. Medication purchases are final once received. Damage or defect replacement requests require an email, photograph and proof of purchase within twenty-four hours of receipt; replacement is not an ordinary cash-refund promise. [\[3\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/peter-md/#reference-3)

Check whether the chosen order auto-renews and record the actual processing date. A supply estimate does not settle either question. Choose PeterMD when a clear clinical relationship and fully understood commitment fit the need; resolve ambiguous product and payment details before allowing an introductory figure to carry the decision. ## Understanding the cost

GLP-1 + B12: Level 1 displays $447 total, $149/month and an estimated 10–12-week supply; Level 2 displays $834 total, $139/month and an estimated 8–12-week supply.
