Cash-pay prescription plans

Trava Health review

Trava advertises semaglutide from $89 and tirzepatide from $147 per month with quarterly packages. Compare the strength-specific invoice and recurring order terms; the lack of a membership fee does not establish a flat treatment price.

A fit for

Cash-pay buyers comparing a prescription package with included consultation and support.

  • Separate semaglutide and tirzepatide product listings.
  • Pricing page explains strength-dependent charges.
  • Consultation and ongoing support described as included.

Tradeoffs to understand

Readers expecting the advertised floor at every strength or insurance navigation for an approved branded product.

A useful floor, rather than the whole treatment budget

Trava is worth considering when a cash-pay buyer wants consultation and prescription access inside a defined package. The dedicated pages advertise semaglutide from $89 per month and tirzepatide from $147, each with quarterly-package wording. Those figures give the comparison a starting point. They do not establish the complete charge for the actual prescribed strength or a month-to-month contract. [1] [2]

Trava’s pricing page explicitly says lower strengths generally cost less and higher strengths are priced accordingly. Consultation, support and shipping are listed as included. Put the selected strength, supply and renewal amount into a quote before comparing a flat-price competitor. A plan that becomes more expensive as treatment changes can still fit a budget, provided the later cost is understood. [4]

The free evaluation authorizes a card hold

The FAQ distinguishes an initial free evaluation from payment: the full amount is held on the card and processed if the clinician approves treatment. Otherwise the hold is released. A buyer should allow for that authorization when assessing available funds. The service is not promising that every intake produces a prescription, and its process places the treatment decision with a licensed provider. [5] [7]

Online messaging is useful access, but it is not a tested response-time promise or evidence of scheduled monitoring. The actual preparation and dispensing pharmacy also belong in the decision. A familiar ingredient name cannot establish that a particular supplied product has the evidence or approval status of a branded finished medicine. Choose a branded-access or insurance service explicitly when that is the need.

Know when the next order becomes difficult to reverse

Trava’s terms describe automatic renewal for subscription products despite its separate no-membership statement. Initial cancellation must reach the service before the prescription is written. Refill cancellation requires forty-eight hours before the next order is sent to the pharmacy. A dispatched order cannot be canceled, and the policy excludes ordinary refunds for fulfilled prescription purchases or partly used subscription periods. [5] [6]

Trava also lists GLP-1 and NAD+ bundles. Its FAQ says prices may vary with dose, formulation, NAD+ option and pharmacy, and the treatments may arrive separately. I would compare the GLP-1 purchase first and give an additional treatment its own clinical justification. A bundle is not automatically a better care plan; a clear strength-specific invoice and refill agreement are more useful reasons to shortlist this service. [5]

Understanding the cost

Quarterly-qualified monthly floors: semaglutide $89; tirzepatide $147. Price depends on medication and strength. Selected invoice and later renewal charges are not established by these floors.
