A flat-price promise still needs a complete quote
VivioMD says pricing stays flat as the prescribed dose changes. The current homepage also advertises a $100 saving, but does not pair it with a complete dollar plan price. Neither statement establishes what the selected prescription or full billing term costs. I would keep the total unresolved until the actual quote is available. [1]
The terms bill a selected period in advance, including monthly, quarterly or annual arrangements, and renew for an equal term at the then-current rate. Confirm the collected amount, renewal charge, medication, supplied period and included clinical or lab services. Outside healthcare services can be billed separately; a list of possible subscription inclusions is not a universal all-in quote. [2] [3]
Put the full collected term into the complete treatment-cost planner.

The platform is separate from the clinical and dispensing roles
Clinical services are described through OpenLoop Healthcare Partners and affiliated independent medical groups. The terms list RedRock and Triad Rx for compounding and Health Warehouse for retail fulfillment. That identifies possible participants, not the actual dispensing pharmacy or finished product in an individual order. [2] [6]
VivioMD’s safety material covers branded and compounded medications. A brand name in educational material is not confirmation of stock, eligibility or an included pharmacy bill. Establish the proposed preparation and why it is appropriate; a compound is not an FDA-approved finished product and cannot simply inherit branded-product trial results. [4] [7]
Keep the proposed formulation attached to route-specific GLP-1 evidence.
Use the state restriction rather than the broad network claim
The homepage describes licensed providers across all fifty states. The terms are narrower: services are offered in forty-nine states and are not available in Louisiana. I would use that restriction in the initial comparison and confirm current local eligibility before an assessment or payment. [1] [2]
A live provider consultation is advertised with every plan, alongside continuing messaging and check-ins. Telehealth may still lead to an in-person referral when the clinician considers it unsuitable. Same-day review and around-the-clock portal access do not guarantee a prescription, immediate clinical replies or emergency care. [1] [6]

Two 72-hour rules govern different decisions
To prevent the next subscription charge, cancellation must be received at least 72 hours before the billing date. Later notice can leave the upcoming cycle charged and move cancellation to the following cycle. That is different from the initial refund exception: notify support within the first 72 hours of the subscription term and have received no subscription services. [3]
The policy does not refund the current or prior monthly cycle merely because it is canceled. For billing of two or more months, it describes refunding months with no medicine shipped. The terms also forfeit a minimum-commitment discount and recalculate completed months at the undiscounted rate on an early exit. Get the actual refund calculation rather than assume all unused time returns at the discounted equivalent. [2] [3]

Medical ineligibility is not a general trial refund
The policy explicitly promises a full refund when the provider medically disqualifies a prospective patient. Later disqualification is treated separately, with charges following disqualification addressed and responsibility remaining for care already rendered. The detailed policy limits what its subscription-fee refund covers; it is not an unconditional return of every clinical, pharmacy or laboratory charge. [3]
Medication ordering has its own cutoff: terms allow stopping the medication subscription before the applicable order is placed, subject to the refund rules. Damaged medicine may be replaced with evidence and incorrect items are to be replaced by the pharmacy. Those remedies do not turn an opened prescription or a disappointing result into a satisfaction guarantee. [2] [3]
For a contrasting cancellation cutoff, read our TrimRx review.
The actual compounder matters more than the pictured vial
FDA’s June 8, 2026 letter said pictured VivioMD labels misleadingly suggested the company compounded the drugs. The current footer identifies independent pharmacies and says packaging is illustrative. That disclaimer is not FDA confirmation of resolution or evidence about a particular batch. [1] [5]
I would keep VivioMD on the comparison list only after its quote, actual pharmacy and clinical follow-up are clear. A faster online route can be useful without settling preparation quality or treatment suitability. Compare another service on the same complete purchase and financial exit, rather than let a saving with no base price make the choice. [2] [7]

Understanding the cost
Current homepage promises flat pricing and advertises a $100 saving without a complete dollar plan price. Terms bill the selected monthly/quarterly/annual period in advance and renew it automatically; minimum-term discounts may be forfeited/recalculated on early cancellation. Confirm the exact prescription, full collected term, renewal price, inclusions and outside clinical/lab charges. No verified complete monthly total. [1] [2] [3]
