# Wisp review

I would compare Wisp for its stated monthly follow-up and access to branded prescribing, provided the product, state and full payment schedule are clear. The sublingual drops require a separate decision: Wisp says that exact formulation has not been tested in the human body. I would not treat it as equivalent to approved oral or injectable products.

## A fit for

A reader who will verify the exact product, local availability and recurring care charge.

- The weight-care FAQ describes recurring reviews and their charge.

- Branded and compounded routes are separately identified.

- The sublingual page explicitly discloses a human-evidence gap.

## Tradeoffs to understand

A shopper assuming every oral semaglutide preparation has the same clinical evidence.

- The $99 care rate excludes medication for local pharmacy pickup.

- Availability and pickup/delivery conditions vary by product and state.

- The weight menu includes a broad sourcing disclaimer needing product-specific clarification.

## The $99 figure buys care, not every medicine

The weight-care FAQ starts the consultation at $99 per month. For local pharmacy pickup, it says medication costs apply separately. About three weeks later, the card is authorised for another $99 before the check-in is completed; that authorisation is not yet a charge. The process then continues monthly. [\[1\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/wisp/#reference-1)

I would compare the entire selected arrangement: clinical review, medicine and paid supply period. The delivery pathway is described as charging the check-in and medication total. The public $99 figure should not be carried across both pathways as a universal drug-inclusive bill.

Track care and pharmacy charges separately in [the cost planner](https://glp1nerds.com/tools/cost-planner/).

## Identify the product before judging the route

Wisp’s consultation page lists oral and injectable Wegovy, Zepbound, Saxenda and compounded sublingual semaglutide. The dedicated drops page displays $225 per month. These are different products with different terms; the website does not justify treating the lowest figure as the price of every option. [\[2\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/wisp/#reference-2) [\[3\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/wisp/#reference-3)

The drops page says the formulation has not yet been tested in the human body and refers to laboratory work using human-derived tissues. It also states that compounded drugs are not FDA approved. I would not transfer an approved tablet’s or injection’s outcomes to these drops. [\[3\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/wisp/#reference-3)

Keep the studied formulations distinct in [our oral-versus-injectable evidence review](https://glp1nerds.com/research/oral-vs-injectable-glp1/).

## State and fulfillment details should agree before payment

The weight-care category uses separate state lists for branded injectables and sublingual semaglutide. The branded list also marks delivery-only and local-pickup-only locations. Being able to browse the site is not evidence that a selected preparation can be supplied where the reader lives. [\[1\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/wisp/#reference-1)

There is further wording to resolve: the drops page says delivery only while carrying a generic same-day-pickup badge. The category footer also includes a globally sourced, non-FDA-approved product disclaimer with possible customs delays. I would ask which product that disclaimer covers and identify the actual dispensing route, rather than assume it applies identically to every branded item. ## Monthly support needs a practical plan

Wisp describes monthly check-ins and access to its care team. The consultation page gives a 24–72-hour care window, while wider site messaging promotes same-day service. I would confirm the selected pathway’s review and fulfillment timing rather than treat either description as a guaranteed start date. [\[1\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/wisp/#reference-1) [\[2\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/wisp/#reference-2)

Its metabolic capsules are a separate supplement offer. Despite the GLP-1 wording in their name, the product page explicitly says they are not to be used with weight-loss prescription or GLP-1 medication. I would not present them as a routine add-on to the prescription purchase. [\[6\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/wisp/#reference-6)

Consider the longer follow-up question with [our treatment-withdrawal research](https://glp1nerds.com/research/weight-regain-after-stopping/).

## The financial exit is more restrictive than a support promise

The general FAQ and terms require cancellation at least 48 hours before renewal. The terms make most fees nonrefundable except where required by law and reserve discretion over product refunds or replacements for specified problems. An invitation to report an issue is not an unconditional money-back offer. [\[4\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/wisp/#reference-4) [\[5\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/wisp/#reference-5)

The general FAQ also describes a $25 fee when every requested prescription is declined. Establish how the chosen care charge and any medication authorisation are handled if treatment cannot proceed. Clinical approval, stopping renewal and refunding an existing payment are separate questions. [\[4\]](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/wisp/#reference-4)

Compare a different paid care agreement in [our LifeMD review](https://glp1nerds.com/reviews/lifemd/).

## My shortlist would keep the two pathways separate

Wisp is worth investigating for branded prescribing and continuing online review when the reader can confirm the total bill and local pathway. Its public care description gives useful questions to ask, but does not remove the need for a product-specific quote.

I would evaluate the compounded sublingual offer independently, with its stated human-evidence gap in view. Compare the clinical arrangement and financial commitment with another service on the same basis. A convenient route is not proof that two preparations perform alike.

## Understanding the cost

The weight-care FAQ starts care at $99/month. An authorisation after three weeks precedes the check-in charge; medication is extra for local pickup, while delivery uses a selected care-and-medication total. The drops page displays $225/month; confirm whether a separate care charge applies rather than adding or substituting the cards. Cancellation requires 48 hours’ notice before renewal, and paid refunds are restrictive.
