Separate the medication offer from the consultation headline

The Wegovy page is explicitly a consultation programme starting at $129. Its inclusions describe evaluation, clinical oversight, medication coordination and optional insurance verification, but do not establish a complete medication bill or insurance approval. Keep that purchase separate from compounded medication and ask for the actual invoice. ^[6]

The supplied preparation needs its own assessment

Obtain the actual active ingredients, concentration, volume, quantity, dispensing pharmacy and prescribed supply period. These are compounded programmes; the brand consultation does not make their preparations FDA-approved generics. FDA states that compounded drugs are not approved before marketing, and the seller’s own disclosure acknowledges quality and long-term uncertainty. ^{[1] [2] [7] [8]}

The terms distinguish the administrative platform from independent clinical groups and preserve pharmacy choice subject to actual availability. Group names or pharmacy-quality badges do not independently verify an assigned clinician, license or batch. Medical nonapproval has contradictory charging language

The care page says patients will not be charged when treatment is not appropriate. Report wrong, damaged, defective or missing medicine promptly and retain requested documentation. An investigated, confirmed problem may lead to replacement, reshipment, credit or a refund where appropriate. A delay or disappointing treatment result alone does not automatically qualify.
