Compare the whole billing period
Standard semaglutide is $175 monthly, $435 every three months, $720 every six or $1,188 every twelve. Tirzepatide is $225, $597, $1,050 or $1,620 for those respective terms. The $99 and $135 annual monthly equivalents are not monthly instalments. Prices reviewed are before any unverified promotional reduction. [1]
The plans advertise the same price when the prescribed dose changes, with consultation, monitoring and expedited shipping included. That is not a lifetime price lock: the terms allow later-cycle changes after notice. The FAQ describes standard GLP-1 preparations with vitamin B12; confirm the actual ingredients, quantity, label and fulfilling pharmacy. These compounds are not FDA-approved or approved generics. Read the refund calculation before prepaying
Monthly plans ship monthly; quarterly plans arrive as one three-month supply. Six- and twelve-month plans ship in three-month batches. A shipment cannot be returned or refunded once the pharmacy has prepared and labelled it. A full refund applies before the first preparation or when the provider finds treatment medically inappropriate. [2]
For a cancelled longer prepaid plan, received treatment is repriced at the same medication’s quarterly rate, with refunds limited to unprepared supply. For example, a $1,188 annual semaglutide payment minus one $435 quarterly block leaves $753 if the other batches are unprepared. This is an illustration, not an automatic refund: advance preparation can lower it, potentially to zero. You cannot be charged more than the original payment. [2]
Refunds can return to the payment method or become account credit worth fifteen percent more. A quarterly plan has no refund once its single shipment is prepared. Cancelling future renewal is therefore different from reversing an already committed order. [2]

Check the actual support rather than the lifestyle promise
The FAQ describes online review and ongoing secure messaging, with providers usually reviewing within 24 hours. Sending messages at any time is not a guaranteed immediate clinical response or a scheduled live appointment. Ask which follow-ups and tests are appropriate and included. A named provider group or pharmacy is not independent verification of the actual assignment or batch. [3] [4]
The dedicated lifestyle page labels its personal PDF guide coming soon, and the plans page says inclusion begins when it launches. Do not count homepage diet-and-workout marketing as an available dietitian or coaching schedule. Standard plans are advertised for adults across all fifty states, but actual clinical and pharmacy eligibility still need confirmation. Other compounds and microdose plans have separate visits and memberships. [1] [4] [5]

Keep control of renewal, pause and delivery dates
Request cancellation through the care team before the next shipment, by portal message or email. Monthly plans run to the end of the current month; longer-plan cancellation stops future shipments. A pause has a chosen resume date when charges and shipments restart. Each additional membership must be managed separately. [2] [3]
Damage requires photographs within 24 hours; replacement or refund follows verification. Missing delivered packages also require a 24-hour report and documentation, with no promised reimbursement after carrier-confirmed delivery. Review is two to four business days; approved refunds are processed within five to ten. Typical three-to-five-day delivery marketing is an estimate, not a guarantee from assessment submission.
