The $160 card describes medication, not the programme
The liraglutide product page says “from $160” per month plus membership and labels the offer Premium Tier. The weight-care menu uses the same medication-and-membership distinction. [1] [2] That makes it unsuitable to compare directly with a drug-inclusive subscription elsewhere.
The homepage lists Premium at $155 monthly plus medication. Its support overview describes a separate initial test-and-consult step and a starting-care figure excluding drugs. [3] [4] I would obtain the selected first invoice and later total rather than manufacture an all-in price from separate public cards.
Keep care and medication separate in the cost planner.
The selected preparation matters more than the category
Hone identifies this offer as compounded liraglutide and says it is not FDA-approved. Its page describes injections and clinical review before prescribing. [1] Those details should remain attached when comparing it with a different GLP-1 product or route.
The page also gives weight-loss language and a percentage range. I would not present that as a controlled outcome study of Hone’s service or a forecast for an individual compounded prescription. The actual formulation, supplied amount and relevant evidence need a clinician’s explanation before a commercial decision.
For why product format matters, read our route-and-preparation guide.
Testing and follow-up are the service to assess
The Premium overview describes comprehensive testing, physician consults and ongoing clinical support. Medication is billed separately after medical review. The membership FAQ also says some confirmatory tests can carry a separate charge. [4] [5]
I would ask which tests are required for this particular prescription, who reviews them and how a medication question reaches the treating clinician. A large biomarker count does not tell a reader whether every result changes care. The useful feature is a clear plan for acting on clinically relevant information.

Do not assign every tier or medicine the same access
Hone’s weight-care menu names several non-GLP medicines as well as compounded liraglutide and sermorelin. [2] That breadth is not a reason to combine treatments or assume the same price and eligibility rules apply across the catalogue.
The state guide distinguishes Basic, Plus and Premium programmes for men and women. [6] I would confirm the actual product and tier at the reader’s location. A general service map should not become a claim that every listed medicine is available in every included state.

Renewal continues even when medication is skipped
The membership FAQ says monthly fees continue even if no medication is used that month, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. It also says medication is not charged without explicit approval. [5] I would clarify how these two bills interact during a pause.
The February 24 terms describe automatic subscription renewal and nonrefundable paid fees. Their separate payment-authorization clause calls for fifteen days’ notice to revoke that authorization. [7] Confirm the actual cancellation and pharmacy-order status early; stopping future membership does not promise recovery of money already paid.

My comparison would be clinical support plus the real bill
Hone is worth examining if testing and continuing clinical contact answer a specific need. I would compare those services with another provider using the same supplied period and actual medication, rather than let a drug from-price determine the winner.
Ask for the full charge, preparation, dispensing pharmacy and follow-up plan in one agreement. The terms distinguish Hone’s technology and coordination from the medical groups providing clinical care. [7] A useful shortlist should make both the financial obligation and clinical responsibility clear.
