Read the introduction inside its quarterly purchase
The compounded GLP-1 page advertises semaglutide at $99 for the first month and $179 per month after, billed quarterly. Tirzepatide is $149 initially and $249 per month after, also quarterly. The price includes medication, dosing support, clinician consultations and health coaching, subject to clinical eligibility. [1]
Confirm the amount due for the introductory quarter, the renewal total and the supplied period. The page’s monthly figures are not a complete checkout invoice, and a first-month discount does not establish a cancellable one-month purchase. Do not substitute the separate branded, insurance-backed service’s care fee for this compounded offer.

Coaching is a meaningful inclusion with a defined boundary
The page advertises unlimited health-coach visits, clinician access and messaging. Its expanded FAQ describes coaches as support contacts and liaisons to the provider, with varied professional backgrounds. It explicitly separates their role from diagnosing, prescribing or giving specific medical advice. A coach appointment is not a substitute for the prescriber. [1]
Functional labs are described as optional rather than required on this program page. That is different from the general recommendation to start with testing. Establish the selected follow-up arrangement, any additional test cost and who responds to a clinical concern; included access does not by itself establish a particular appointment frequency or response time. [1] [2]

The exit rules need the selected agreement
The GLP-1 page advertises easy cancellation and no membership fee. General billing terms describe three consecutive subscription months and thirty days’ notice before the next processing date after that commitment. Resolve the applicable rule in writing rather than assuming a flexible headline erases an advance-notice requirement. [1] [2]
The return policy makes prescription sales final. Its insurance-backed GLP-1 section also says paid subscription fees are nonrefundable, even when treatment is not approved, while the product FAQ describes a prescription-ineligibility refund. Keep these distinct programs and stages separate, and obtain the actual refund scope before committing. [1] [3]

The regulatory record has a specific scope
FDA’s June 8, 2026 letter addressed misleading compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide advertising and labeling representations. Current product text states that compounded medicines are not FDA-approved and identifies separate clinical and pharmacy roles. That changed wording does not by itself establish that FDA closed the matter. [1] [4]
A compounded preparation does not inherit a branded medicine’s approval or trial result. FDA’s current compounding policy also sets conditions after resolution of the injection shortages. Evaluate the documented service and complete purchase while leaving the actual clinical need and preparation with the prescriber and dispenser. [5] [6]
Keep the tested population and product explicit in the semaglutide-versus-tirzepatide evidence.
Understanding the cost
Compounded semaglutide: $99 first month, then $179/month, billed quarterly. Compounded tirzepatide: $149 first month, then $249/month, billed quarterly. Confirm the actual introductory quarter total, renewal charge, supply and applicable cancellation terms; labs are optional and separate.
