Compare the term total before the monthly equivalent
RxION lists semaglutide at $594 total for six months, $381 for three months and $199 for one month. A separate one-month one-time purchase is $299 and explicitly excludes a subscription. Tirzepatide lists $1,098 for six months, $660 for three and $299 monthly. The smaller equivalents belong beside those longer terms. [1] [2]
Confirm the amount due now, refill sequence and renewal date for the chosen program. Tirzepatide’s description calls a three-month supply an eighty-four-day sequence, so it should not silently become three calendar months in a payment comparison. A lower monthly equivalent does not turn the longer commitment into a one-month trial.

Included care does not remove the assessment fee condition
The pages say the price includes consultation plus medication if prescribed, supplies and ongoing clinical support. Treatment remains subject to provider approval. If treatment is declined, the policy refunds the medication portion but retains a seventy-five-dollar consultation fee; this is not a completely free eligibility assessment. [1] [2] [3]
RxION facilitates independent providers and partner pharmacies. Confirm the actual prescription, dispensing pharmacy, follow-up contact and state eligibility. A BMI tool or a standard dose-based price promise does not determine suitability, establish included laboratory testing or guarantee the same treatment path for every patient. [1] [5]

The product being supplied remains a compounded prescription
These offers are labeled compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. They are not FDA-approved products, and a shared ingredient name does not transfer a branded medicine’s approval, clinical-trial result or manufacturing evaluation to the selected prescription. RxION’s homepage distinguishes the STEP trial’s branded preparation from its compounded offer. [1] [2] [5] [7]
FDA also describes conditions for compounding after resolution of the semaglutide and tirzepatide injection shortages. A provider and dispenser need to address the actual clinical reason and preparation. The purchase comparison can evaluate access, service and cost without presenting a low headline or added formulation ingredient as an exemption or a better outcome. [8]
Keep the tested preparation and population explicit in the semaglutide-versus-tirzepatide research.
Use the refill-processing stage to judge the exit
Automatic refills may be canceled without charge before renewal. After payment but before provider review, a cancellation can be refunded less a 7.5% fee. Once the prescription has been issued and sent to the pharmacy, the order cannot be canceled, altered or refunded even if shipping has not begun. [3] [6]
Overnight cold-pack delivery is advertised on the product pages, but the shipping policy separates clinical review, pharmacy processing and transit. Confirm the selected service level. Temperature compromise must be reported within twenty-four hours; general lost or damaged delivery reports have a seven-day window. Those delivery procedures are separate from an ordinary change-of-mind cancellation. [1] [4]
