The three-month card is not a confirmed monthly debit
WeightlessRx lists $500 for a three-month semaglutide supply and $700 for tirzepatide, displayed as starting at $167 and $233 per month. The pricing FAQ calls every plan a three-month supply. Treat the full term as the purchase unit, rather than assume the displayed monthly equivalent is the amount collected today. [1]
Its general subscription terms instead describe automatic monthly billing and reserve price changes with 30 days’ notice. That needs reconciliation with the three-month cards and lifetime-price promise. I would obtain the selected billing frequency, amount due, renewal period and conditions for retaining the rate before choosing a plan. A lifetime slogan does not settle a conflicting contract. [1] [2]
Keep the actual collection period in the treatment-cost planner.
Approval-only charging needs a plan-specific explanation
The homepage describes a card authorization followed by a charge only if a clinician approves. The care-process page says members are charged when a prescription is issued and dispensed. Terms say completed consultations are billable regardless of prescription outcome and that consultation begins with payment. Those are different payment triggers. [1] [2] [3]
The billing section promises a full refund for physician disqualification, while the subscription section says medical ineligibility may qualify for a partial refund. It also distinguishes medical disqualification from leaving the process unfinished. Confirm which clause governs the selected purchase; neither a universal no-charge assessment nor a guaranteed full refund follows from the combined wording. [2]

An anytime cancellation still has a billing cutoff
Cancellation must reach support by email or text at least five business days before the next payment. A late request applies to the following cycle, and the main terms say a processed period is not refunded. This is a notice deadline, not permission to reverse any charge whenever the reader stops using the service. [1] [2]
A pause of up to 90 days is described without billing or service access during the pause. That account-level option does not halt a pharmacy shipment already processed. The pharmacy section rules out holds, redirections and address changes after processing; it considers replacements for specified problems, including damage reported within 48 hours with photos. Do not equate cancellation, a pause, shipment intervention and a refund. [1] [2]

The clinical network and dispensing pharmacy have separate jobs
The terms identify MD Integrations as the telemedicine network and VitaScripts Pharmacy as a pharmacy partner. The clinician owns the prescription decision; the pharmacy dispenses. National availability and an online intake do not guarantee that a preferred prescription is appropriate or available for a particular patient. [1] [2] [3]
The advertised package includes messaging, supplies, shipping and labs when required, plus fitness and nutrition features. General subscription provisions also list consultation, medication, shipping and possible taxes or fees. Get those inclusion differences resolved in the selected quote. Unlimited messaging describes a contact channel, not a guaranteed immediate response or unlimited video appointments. [1] [2]

The medicine and outcome claims need their own evidence
The offered medicines are compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. They should not be treated as FDA-approved generic versions of Wegovy or Zepbound. FDA explains that compounded products do not undergo its premarket review for safety, effectiveness and quality, and should serve medical needs an approved medicine cannot meet. [1] [4]
Member results on the homepage use self-reported weights and a comparison with separate published outcomes. That is not a randomized comparison of access services. The batch-testing display likewise is not a patient-specific certificate of analysis. Neither an outcome percentage nor a testing badge establishes platform superiority or the quality of the actual vial dispensed. [1]
For branded-treatment trial evidence rather than a test of these compounds, read the semaglutide-versus-tirzepatide direct trial.
Choose the care package after settling its written limits
The cash-pay model can make sense for a reader comparing clinician access, nutrition support and dispensing together. It is a different purchase from branded-prescription care that works with insurance. A superbill or HSA/FSA payment option does not guarantee reimbursement or change the clinical suitability of compounding. [1]
Shipping estimates also differ: the homepage promotes a two-business-day dispatch and recurring 28-day cadence, whereas the process page describes three to five business days. Use an individualized refill and delivery plan rather than treat the no-gap headline as a guarantee. Resolve payment, refund and pharmacy timing first; then decide whether the support earns its place in the purchase. [1] [2] [3]

Understanding the cost
Current three-month cards list $500 total for compounded semaglutide and $700 for compounded tirzepatide, displayed as from $167/$233 per month. These are term totals, not verified monthly debits. Main-page no-consult-fee/free-shipping/labs-when-required promises differ from general consultation and fee provisions; written monthly billing and price-change clauses also need reconciliation with three-month and lifetime-price marketing. Confirm the selected term, complete charge, renewal and approval/refund trigger. [1] [2] [3]
