Price the selected term before using the monthly headline
WeightRx advertises compounded tirzepatide from $83 per month and shows semaglutide at $250 per month, both with asterisk qualifications. The cards do not establish the complete amount due, supply period or renewal bill for a particular buyer. I would compare a written selected-plan total rather than turn either figure into an unrestricted monthly quote. [1]
The terms list monthly, three-, six- and twelve-month plans, all automatically renewing unless canceled. The pricing FAQ says the rate is protected for the purchased term; it does not promise the same rate for life. A longer commitment can change the purchase even when the monthly equivalent looks attractive. Confirm the next charge and renewal term together. [1] [2]

A long plan and a flexible trial are different purchases
The refund policy and consumer notice describe six- and twelve-month plans as nonrefundable. They also say medication is final sale once shipped and that cancellation must happen before the next billing date, with no current-period refund. Stopping the next renewal does not establish a right to recover an unused part of a long purchase. [3] [4]
The policy separately promises a full refund when someone charged before review is not approved, but also applies a 5% processing fee to all eligible refunds. It does not clearly reconcile that fee or the long-plan restriction with the full-refund promise. Get the selected denial exception and actual refund amount confirmed rather than assume the most favorable sentence overrides the rest. [3]

Payment can precede the prescribing decision
The consumer notice says a charge may occur before provider review and describes it as payment for service access, processing and coordination. The terms refer to authorization before review and either no charge or a refund when the provider declines eligibility. This is not an unconditional promise that the account cannot be charged until a prescription is approved. [2] [4]
After review, a partial refund may be issued less consultation and processing costs. After shipment, the policy provides no medication refund. Replacement consideration covers damaged or incorrect medication reported within its 48-hour window. Those are different stages and remedies; assessment, dispensing and delivery should not be treated as one reversible purchase. [3]

Coming-soon cards are not current coverage or stock
The current treatment area promotes compounded options. Foundayo tablets, Wegovy injection and tablets, and Zepbound KwikPen cards are marked coming soon. Medicare and insurance-support sections are also marked coming soon. Do not infer an available branded prescription, approved coverage or a usable Medicare benefit from their presence on the page. [1]
The active service describes cash payment without insurance. The consumer notice says it does not accept insurance or submit claims and does not guarantee HSA/FSA eligibility, although receipts are available after approval. Financing and account reimbursement are separate questions from the clinical decision and the actual treatment price. [1] [4]

The platform coordinates care rather than practicing medicine
WeightRx identifies MDI Medical Group, PC or another independent licensed entity as the provider. The clinician reviews history and owns the prescribing decision; third-party pharmacies dispense. App reminders, messaging and order-support tools can help manage follow-up, but a depicted app screen does not establish a prescription, assigned pharmacy or immediate response time. [1] [2] [4]
The page advertises included medicine, review, continuing support and cold-chain delivery. Its FAQ estimates shipment within 48 hours after approval, which is not a guarantee of approval, dispatch or arrival for every patient. Confirm the actual follow-up access, refill process, formulation and delivery arrangement for the selected term. [1]
Separate clinical access and pharmacy fulfillment in our GLP-1 service comparisons.
Judge the care arrangement separately from treatment marketing
Compounded GLP-1 products are not FDA-approved finished medicines or approved generic versions of branded products. FDA does not review them before marketing and recommends compounding for medical needs an approved product cannot meet. A clinician must determine whether that route is appropriate; a low platform price does not settle it. [5]
Testimonials and the six-month estimate are not evidence that WeightRx produces better results than another access service. I would choose between this subscription, an insurance-navigation membership or individually paid branded-prescription visits based on the actual care needed and the written cost and exit terms. Keep a coming-soon promise out of today’s purchase decision. [1]

Understanding the cost
Homepage advertises compounded tirzepatide from $83/month and displays semaglutide at $250/month, with asterisk qualifications. The public cards do not establish the selected supply term, full amount collected or complete renewal charge. Terms list monthly, three-, six- and twelve-month auto-renewing plans; six- and twelve-month plans are described as nonrefundable. Confirm the selected total and policy before comparing the headline rate. Branded cards and Medicare support are marked coming soon, not established current offers. [1] [2] [3] [4]
